專業資歷與評審經驗
林重宏 Victor Lam先生 (DipABRSM,ATCL,LTCL,AmusTCL)現為中心創辦人、 IYACC 國際音樂大賽及 IYMC 國際青少年音樂協會評審，亦是香港極少數同時具備資格擔任管樂、弦樂、鋼琴及流行鼓評判的音樂教育家，並從事音樂教育逾二十八年。
學術師承
林老師在音樂學術上師出名門，所學廣博而深厚。
鋼琴演奏與教學方面，先後師承方雲裳老師、梁家欣老師（香港浸會大學鍵盤系教授）及陳兆勳教授（香港著名鋼琴教育家兼樂評人、柏斯音樂總監），深入鑽研鋼琴教學法與演奏藝術；並跟隨盧厚敏博士（香港中文大學音樂系講師）修習樂理及音樂歷史，以及李健博士（前香港中文大學音樂教學系主任）研習鋼琴教學法與曲目分析。
弦樂與管樂方面，林老師曾跟隨歐陽美清老師學習小提琴，並師從 Tim Wilson（香港演藝學院管樂教授）修習色士風及長笛，並積極參與香港國際薩克斯管大師工作坊，亦曾擔任多個管弦樂團的長笛手及色士風手。
流行及搖滾鼓樂方面，林老師早年拜入香港殿堂級樂隊太極著名鼓手 Ricky 門下，習鼓長達十年，奠定了深厚的流行及搖滾鼓樂根基。
音樂教育理念
林老師深信每個人皆與生俱來擁有獨特的音樂天賦，而學習多元樂器，正是啟發和發揮各人潛能的最佳途徑，讓學生得以真正享受音樂的美好人生。
教育推廣與社會貢獻
憑藉豐富的音樂教育經驗，林老師長期致力推廣各類音樂教育，並積極參與慈善公益活動，成立音樂義工團隊，回饋社會。自 2002 年起，他先後擔任多間學校的音樂導師、樂團指揮及教育講座主持。
林老師深明樂理根基乃學習音樂之先決條件，故於 2004 年編撰《五級樂理 T.I.E.》，並於 2013 年出版《八級樂理 T.I.E.》。兩書均凝聚了林先生多年的教學心得、考試貼士及作答技巧，深受學生與教師歡迎，廣泛流傳。

Professional Qualifications & Adjudication Experience
Victor Lam 林重宏 (DipABRSM, ATCL, LTCL, AMusTCL) is an adjudicator for the IYACC International Music Competition and the IYMC International Youth Music Association. He is among the very few music educators in Hong Kong who are qualified to adjudicate across four disciplines — wind instruments, strings, piano, and popular drumming — and has been dedicated to music education for over 28 years.
Academic Training & Mentorship
Victor's musical education is both distinguished and wide-ranging, having studied under some of the most respected figures in the field.
In the area of piano performance and pedagogy, he studied successively under Ms. Fong Wan-Sheung; Professor Leung Ka-Yan (Professor of Keyboard Studies, Hong Kong Baptist University); Professor Chan Siu-Fan (a renowned piano educator and music critic in Hong Kong, and Artistic Director of Parsons Music); Dr. Lo Hau-Man (Lecturer, Department of Music, The Chinese University of Hong Kong), from whom he studied music theory and music history; and Dr. Li Kin (former Head of the Music Education Department, The Chinese University of Hong Kong), with whom he pursued advanced studies in piano pedagogy and repertoire analysis.
In the area of strings and wind instruments, Victor studied violin under Ms. Au Yeung Mei-Ching, and saxophone and flute under Mr. Tim Wilson (Professor of Wind Instruments, The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts). He has been an active participant in the Hong Kong International Saxophone Masterclass, and has performed as a flautist and saxophonist with multiple orchestras and ensembles.
In the area of popular and rock drumming, Victor trained for a decade under Ricky, the celebrated drummer of legendary Hong Kong band Tai Chi (太極), establishing a solid and enduring foundation in popular and rock percussion.
Philosophy of Music Education
Victor firmly believes that every individual is born with a unique musical gift. Learning a variety of instruments, he holds, is the most effective way to inspire and unlock each student's innate potential — enabling them to discover their own voice and truly embrace a fulfilling musical life.
Educational Outreach & Community Contributions
Drawing on his extensive experience in music education, Victor has long been committed to promoting music at all levels and actively participates in charitable and community initiatives, having established a dedicated music volunteer team to give back to society. Since 2002, he has served as a music instructor, ensemble conductor, and educational speaker at numerous schools across Hong Kong.
Recognising that a solid grounding in music theory is an indispensable foundation for musical development, Victor authored Grade 5 Music Theory T.I.E. in 2004, followed by Grade 8 Music Theory T.I.E. in 2013. Both publications distil years of teaching experience, offering practical exam tips and effective answering techniques. They have been warmly received by students and teachers alike, and continue to be widely used.

With this conviction in mind, and drawing upon over two decades of piano education expertise — as well as the experience of helping hundreds of students select their instruments — Victor founded FusionStudio Showroom in 2014. The showroom provides parents and students with a trusted, professional environment in which to find a quality piano that is truly suited to their individual needs and musical aspirations.
